English Tutor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English Tutor to join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club. As an English Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of English sessions across the Academy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of English sessions, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Develop and implement effective tracking systems to monitor student progress.
  • Contribute to the writing of schemes of learning for English, ensuring alignment with the Hybrid Training Model.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of English provision.
  • Participate in training courses to enhance your skills and knowledge, including FA Safeguarding workshops and Equality seminars.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent in the subject area essential.
  • Safeguarding Children Tutor Training desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience of secondary education teaching.
  • Experience of working in a sporting environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
