**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Admin Assistant to join our team at Castle Fine Art. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the logistics team with all areas of administration, including coordinating deliveries, installations, and client communications.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including installation and central support, to confirm delivery and installation details.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including confirming deliveries and installations, and re-arranging deliveries as necessary.
  • Organize 3rd party couriers and ad-hoc collections when required.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent organization and administration skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Great customer service skills, with a willingness to 'go the extra mile' for internal and external clients.
  • Proactive and results-focused personality.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative on a day-to-day basis.
