The Financial Analyst for Global Key Accounts (GKA) plays a pivotal role in generating, sustaining, and delivering financial insights, strategic planning, performance evaluation, and analytical support to enhance decision-making processes within the GKA division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments of monthly performance for Global Key Accounts, Regionally supported accounts, and Regional Key Accounts, elucidating the primary factors influencing variances.
  • Assist in pricing and contract negotiations by developing and revising pricing mechanisms based on the latest cost data and forecasts.
  • Support GKA in executing profitability analyses, contract evaluations, rebate assessments, modeling payment term extensions, and various ad-hoc analyses.
  • Provide insightful GKA analysis and reporting, driving initiatives for Gross Profit forecasting and enhancing Gross margin.
  • Cultivate collaborative and influential relationships with key stakeholders within Global Key Accounts.
  • Establish partnerships with essential contacts across diverse groups: Corporate Finance and Accounting, Regional Finance and Operations, and Go-to-Market teams. Lead or assist project teams in translating complex and ambiguous technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficient understanding of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and working capital analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge and proven experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong business acumen, particularly in commercial processes and customer engagement.
  • Ability to analyze financial outcomes and evaluate the financial/strategic implications of business decisions.
  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
