This role is crucial for ensuring that all IT deployments are secure and continuously monitored, especially in light of the growing number of cyber threats.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulating and sustaining a thorough security data and tooling strategy that aligns with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Assessing and incorporating suitable security tools and technologies to bolster the organization's overall security framework.
  • Overseeing and maintaining the group’s technical security standards and principles, ensuring compliance across all IT operations.
  • Creating and executing security roadmaps while keeping up with industry developments.
  • Identifying and addressing potential security threats and vulnerabilities within systems and applications.
  • Managing relationships with key security partners and technology vendors, including Cyber Insurance.
  • Assisting Networks and Infrastructure teams with effective security architectures such as firewalls, encryption protocols, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Designing security measures for the organization’s platforms.
  • Acting as the Security Technology Design Authority and approver at relevant Architectural Governance Boards.
  • Facilitating audit processes to ensure adherence to required standards.
  • Mentoring analysts and other members of the broader cybersecurity team.

Job Requirements:
  • Demonstrated professional experience in IT/cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including products and service trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of current cyber threat types and mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with standards such as NIST, MITRE, and OWASP.
  • Robust technical background in areas such as Microsoft, Unix, Oracle, SAP, Cloud, Digital, and Networks.
  • Able to discuss technical security matters in a manner accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comprehension of the business implications of security risks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to lead discussions and decision-making processes.
  • Capability to manage competing priorities and perform under pressure.
  • Strong personality, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • High adaptability and willingness to travel as necessary.

Languages:
English proficiency is required; knowledge of French, Polish, or other languages is advantageous.
