Job Summary:
Hatch Green Coaches is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students to and from school in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a school bus to transport students to and from school
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
- Follow established routes and schedules
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report any issues to management
Requirements:
- Valid Category D or D1 driving license (without 101 restriction)
- Good knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate safely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and occasional weekends
