Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at WEC Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our services and generating new business opportunities within your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Produce weekly and monthly forecasting data and sales reports
  • Cold calling and lead generation to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a business-to-business sales environment, preferably in the welding and fabrication industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
