Zachary Daniels is seeking a seasoned professional to join their in-house team as a Senior CRM Data & Planning Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established, inclusive, and sustainable retail brand that values innovation and customer-centricity.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer strategy to drive database growth and retention rates.
  • Own the planning, delivery, and evaluation of customer campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
  • Define and optimize customer journeys in the Bloomreach CDP, ensuring seamless experiences across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to ensure optimal brand execution and stakeholder management.
  • Manage customer database and CRM activities, including effective data analysis and reporting.
  • Lead the management of third-party vendors, including Bloomreach.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in customer data analysis, including SQL skills.
  • Strong background in CRM management, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Experience with analytics tools and technologies, including spreadsheets and data visualization software.
