Corporate Tax Director

Pro-Tax Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and driven Corporate Tax Director to join their dynamic team with a clear pathway to Partner.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and expand the Corporate Tax department, delivering exceptional tax services to a diverse client base.
- Provide a broad spectrum of tax advisory services to various clients, tailored to your experience.
- Work with multinational corporations, owner-managed businesses, start-ups, and established clients, advising on transactions, conducting tax due diligence, and offering guidance on corporate restructuring.
- Oversee, manage, and guide a team of corporate tax professionals, providing support and expertise.
- Provide strategic tax advice on business disposals and acquisitions, management incentive plans, corporate reorganisations, and tax valuations.
- Proven experience as a Corporate Tax Director or Senior Manager.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations in the UK and internationally.
