We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Steadman Brown. As a leading Salesforce Partner, we are committed to delivering top-notch software quality and functionality to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications. They will work closely with our development team to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring the smooth functioning and reliability of our Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Salesforce testing tools across large-scale projects to ensure seamless execution and successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies.
- Work with the development teams to execute quality assurance and ensure the highest level of software quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce QA Tester within a Salesforce environment working on large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively within a team and interact with stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Provar.
