Job Title: Collection and Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team at DPD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels.

About the Role:
  • Valid C1 licence, DQC, and CPC accreditation required
  • 12 months experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to lift, load, and carry
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Load and unload parcels from vehicles, using a Sack Barrow/Hand Truck as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections
