Job Title: Senior Planning Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Consultant to join our team at Norse Consulting. As a key member of our Planning discipline, you will be responsible for providing expert planning and development advice to clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients to understand their planning and development needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.
  • Manage and develop a caseload of planning and development projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities and grow our client base.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to the development of our planning and development services, including the creation of planning briefs, development appraisals, and masterplans.
Requirements:
  • Professional Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in planning and development.
  • Familiarity with relevant construction, health and safety legislation and risks and hazards.
  • Hold a current CSCS site card or be prepared to attain.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
