Job Title:

HR Advisor

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our client in Boroughbridge. As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with the HR Manager to provide guidance and support to managers and staff on employment-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff on employment law, policies, and procedures.
  2. Manage sickness absence cases, including investigating and advising managers on disciplinary procedures.
  3. Assist in investigations and disciplinary procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
  4. Process payroll data and maintain accurate records.
  5. Develop and maintain administrative systems to support HR functions.
  6. Maintain document templates and staff records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  7. Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with employment law.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a HR role, including case management skills.
  2. Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and CIPD qualifications.
  3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with internal and external contacts at all levels.
