HR Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our client in Boroughbridge. As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with the HR Manager to provide guidance and support to managers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff
  • Manage sickness absence and offer guidance to managers
  • Assist in investigations and disciplinaries
  • Submit accurate payroll data and process records
  • Develop and maintain administrative systems
  • Maintain document templates and staff records
  • Contribute to policy and procedure development
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a HR role, including case management skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
  • Knowledge of general IT systems, including Excel, Outlook, Team, and HR systems
  • Effective communication with internal and external contacts at all levels
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification
