The Role

The Invictus Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management company for a flagship building in London. This is a great opportunity with a natural progression route to Account Manager.

The Responsibilities
  1. Communicate and implement business policies and processes within the contract.
  2. Support Technical Service Managers to ensure control systems meet statutory, policy, and contractual commitments.
  3. Ensure healthy and safe working conditions for clients and employees, implementing the company's health and safety policy and process.
  4. Develop contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, reducing WIP, debt, cost reduction, and contract growth.
  5. Provide a learning environment, training, and development planning to support teams in delivering their roles and reaching their full potential.
  6. Offer leadership, guidance, advice, coaching, and direct support to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment, and recognition/reward.
  7. Deliver effective business communication through advice, review, leadership, and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, and reporting.
Experience and Qualifications
  1. City & Guilds (or equivalent) Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical qualification.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the FM & Building Service Environment.
  3. Experience managing your own P&L (£1M Minimum).
  4. Managerial experience for a minimum of 2 years.
