The RoleThe Invictus Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management company for a flagship building in London. This is a great opportunity with a natural progression route to Account Manager.
The Responsibilities- Communicate and implement business policies and processes within the contract.
- Support Technical Service Managers to ensure control systems meet statutory, policy, and contractual commitments.
- Ensure healthy and safe working conditions for clients and employees, implementing the company's health and safety policy and process.
- Develop contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, reducing WIP, debt, cost reduction, and contract growth.
- Provide a learning environment, training, and development planning to support teams in delivering their roles and reaching their full potential.
- Offer leadership, guidance, advice, coaching, and direct support to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment, and recognition/reward.
- Deliver effective business communication through advice, review, leadership, and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, and reporting.
- City & Guilds (or equivalent) Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the FM & Building Service Environment.
- Experience managing your own P&L (£1M Minimum).
- Managerial experience for a minimum of 2 years.
