Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' mental health needs and develop individualized care plans

- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure patients' needs are met
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- Valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Minimum of 6 months mental health experience as a nurse in the UK
- Strong team-working skills
- High level of self-motivation and flexibility
- Positive attitude and naturally caring and compassionate
- Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice
- Annual salary of up to £34,227 per annum
