Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Branch Manager to join our successful team at haart Estate Agents in Wembley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Lettings team and driving business growth through exceptional customer service, strategic planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales strategies, customer service, and team performance.
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient lettings process.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies, maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch, monitoring and assessing performance of local competitors.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Basic IT skills and proficiency in using property management software.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive on-target earnings exceeding £50,000 per year.
  • £20,000 to £32,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
  • £2,500 for the first 3 months of employment, whilst building the pipeline.
  • Uncapped commission.
  • BMW 1 Series company car.
  • Enrolment onto a fully-funded training course, earning a Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management (including ARLA).
