Lettings Branch Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Branch Manager to join our successful Wembley team at haart Estate Agents.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our Lettings team and drive business growth. As a Lettings Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Lettings professionals, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales strategies and performance
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Liaise with Tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and manage time-sensitive workloads
  • Basic IT skills
What We Offer
  • Competitive OTE exceeding £50,000 per year
  • £20,000 to £32,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
  • £2,500 for your first 3 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline
  • Uncapped commission

  • Enrolment onto fully-funded training course that will earn a Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management (including ARLA)
