About the Role
Cathay Investments is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at our site in Hereford. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload and load customer goods carefully, identifying any damages or missing items
- Scan and put deliveries into correct run locations
- Ensure all items are scanned correctly and loaded as per APC load plans
- Follow the agreed procedure for unloading vans each night, signing off correctly, and complete the warehouse sweep to ensure no items left in the warehouse
- Maintain a tidy warehouse environment at all times
Requirements
- Relevant experience within a similar role or previous experience of working within a process-led environment
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Good time management and planning skills
