About the Role

Cathay Investments is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at our site in Hereford. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload and load customer goods carefully, identifying any damages or missing items
  • Scan and put deliveries into correct run locations
  • Ensure all items are scanned correctly and loaded as per APC load plans
  • Follow the agreed procedure for unloading vans each night, signing off correctly, and complete the warehouse sweep to ensure no items left in the warehouse
  • Maintain a tidy warehouse environment at all times

Requirements

  • Relevant experience within a similar role or previous experience of working within a process-led environment
  • Proven ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • Good time management and planning skills
