**Job Summary**

The London Brewers Alliance is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brewery & Warehouse Operative to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our brewery and warehouse facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure the brewhouse and packaging storage areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Assist with cask washing and cleaning equipment as necessary
  • Support the brewing team on brew days with the preparation of equipment and ingredients
  • Manage cardboard and other waste for recycling
  • Assist with preparing orders for shipment
  • Perform other duties as required to support the production team

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Physical ability to lift heavy weights and stand for long periods
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of brewery operations and safety procedures
