Deputy General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at the Gardeners Arms, a characterful country pub dating back to the 17th century. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our business and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial control
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans, targets, and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
