As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our production facility. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence and maintaining high standards of quality.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the site to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and annual targets.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity within the manufacturing process.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on a variety of machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively, minimizing downtime.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventative measures.
  • Execute preventive maintenance activities to reduce the likelihood of equipment failures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed, ensuring traceability and accountability.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • A strong electrical bias with a solid understanding of mechanical principles.
  • Exceptional fault-finding skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license or the flexibility to commute to the site based on shift schedules.

This position involves working day and night shifts on a rotational basis.
