Position Overview

This part-time, on-site role for a Senior Aesthetic Practitioner is based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering aesthetic treatments to the highest standards, engaging with clients, and maintaining exceptional service quality while being mindful of key performance indicators. The available schedule includes 3 to 4 days a week with manageable shifts (8 hours), including Saturdays, with one full weekend off each month.

Sample shifts may include: Monday 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Tuesday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM, Wednesday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Compensation includes £15 per hour, a generous commission structure, and discounts on products and treatments. Continuous training with leading brands and manufacturers will be provided, along with opportunities for individual growth within the practice.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Valid certification in Aesthetic Procedures or equivalent.
  • Minimum Level 4 certification in Laser and Laser Safety.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a clinical environment providing similar treatments.
  • Proven experience in administering a variety of aesthetic procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient administrative skills, including drafting follow-up emails and client communication.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficient in the English language.
