Financial Operations Manager

Purpose of the Role:The Financial Manager: Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including managing accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and financial reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and review financial data, including accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Review and monitor payroll reports and obtain sign-off for payrolls.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as assigned.
- Day-to-day management of the finance team.
- Undertake bi-annual team appraisals and performance development reviews.
- Bi-annual setting of team objectives and KPI review.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Audit experience is highly favorable.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and ethical standards.
