Position Title:
ACCA Qualified Management Accountant

Are you an accomplished ACCA Qualified Management Accountant seeking a fulfilling role where you can truly make a difference?


In the capacity of a Management Accountant, your primary responsibility will be to deliver precise and timely financial data that aids in the attainment of our client's strategic objectives.

You will be instrumental in enhancing profitability, minimizing expenses, and boosting overall operational efficiency.

Work Location:
Welwyn Garden City

Compensation:
£50,000 to £55,000 per annum, based on experience

Employment Type:
Permanent, full-time position, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Core Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring their accuracy and punctuality
Develop a comprehensive reporting package, including KPIs, sales statistics, and financial analysis
Assist in the formulation of annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives
Timely submission of required statutory returns while ensuring compliance with regulations
Offer decision-making support to the management team and CFO, providing valuable insights
Identify avenues for enhancing profitability and reducing costs, driving financial growth
Prepare year-end statutory accounts and collaborate with auditors throughout the process
Manage working capital to optimize net free cash flow
Oversee treasury functions and monthly manufacturing cost assessments

Qualifications:
Must possess ACCA qualification
Familiarity with UK GAAP/IFRS and proficiency in SAP systems
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, both written and verbal
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail
