  3. A proven ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including the Board of Trustees, Local Governing Bodies, and Headteachers.
  4. A passion for education and a commitment to the values of Saffron Academy Trust.
  5. The ability to network and engage at a local and national level, securing benefits for the Trust.
