About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Director to join our team at Evelyn Partners. As an Investment Director, you will be responsible for managing a diverse client base, including private clients, IFAs, and charities. Your primary objective will be to deepen client relationships by providing personalized investment advice and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build new client relationships and develop existing ones through effective communication and deliver new instructions and referrals as a result of satisfied clients.
  • Investment Advice: Provide personalized investment advice and portfolio management to clients, ensuring that their investment goals are met.
  • Portfolio Management: Construct and maintain suitable portfolios in line with clients' requirements, circumstances, tax situation, and attitude to risk.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in partnership with professional services colleagues, such as tax and corporate finance, to develop client relationships and provide comprehensive solutions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a relevant level 6 qualification or above (aspiring for Level 7) and maintain an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess technical/product knowledge and effective communication of wide-ranging investment management strategies and solutions.
  • Experience: Have strong experience of managing client investment portfolios and providing investment advice, as well as experience of leading pitches and winning new business.
