We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential care home for older people. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy, with a strong background in older people or dementia care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage the care home team to deliver high-quality person-centered care.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of residents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making improvements as necessary.

**Requirements:**

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person-centered care
