Position Overview:
  • Oversee the financial management of a collaborative maintenance contract to achieve fiscal objectives
  • Serve as the primary contact between clients, management partners, consultants, and suppliers
  • Evaluate subcontractor bids to ensure maximum value
  • Assist in the application and payment processes with clients
  • Keep updated monthly cost data and identify risks and opportunities
  • Deliver commercial and financial analysis to inform strategic business decisions

We are looking for a candidate with a background in social housing or property refurbishment and regeneration projects.
