Infrastructure Cost Estimator/Senior Cost Estimator - Turner & Townsend

Turner & Townsend is on the lookout for skilled Estimators and Senior Estimators with a solid background in the Infrastructure domain. This encompasses sectors such as Rail, Highways, Power, Marine, Water, and Utilities.

We are committed to delivering long-term projects in the North East & Yorkshire area and are eager to welcome new talent to our Estimating Hub.

Your role will involve providing Estimating and Commercial Intelligence services to our clients, which includes:

  • Producing detailed estimates;
  • Ensuring Estimating Assurance;
  • Supporting Major Programmes;
  • Conducting Data Analysis and Benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating precise estimates and cost plans;
  • Overseeing the estimating workflow;
  • Collecting and analyzing estimating data;
  • Advocating for estimating best practices;
  • Staying informed about industry advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in Estimating or Quantity Surveying;
  • Experience in large-scale project environments;
  • Familiarity with estimating software;
  • Membership in relevant professional organizations.
