Job Summary

As a Reservations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to craft remarkable experiences for our guests. Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Managing reservation inquiries through various channels, ensuring all details are accurately captured and entered into the system in line with departmental protocols.
  • Modifying, correcting, and confirming reservations as necessary, while meticulously documenting all relevant information.
  • Facilitating GDS reservations, making adjustments as required.
  • Providing appropriate rate quotes to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Addressing guest concerns with a genuine and caring approach.
  • Assisting the sales team with reservation-related tasks.
