Client Service Desk Lead

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team at Mane Contract Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming service requests, and working closely with our facilities team to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, responding to telephone calls and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Work closely with our GTR Asset Pro live reporting system to ensure all assigned jobs are started and completed within the contract SLA.
  3. Sort and dispatch calls to engineers or sub-contractors based on their skills set, geographical location, and service delivery arrangements.
  4. Prioritize urgent jobs and plan and dispatch operative/sub-contract support to address urgent demand.
  5. Attend training and Health and Safety courses as directed by the Contracts Manager.

Required Skills:

  1. Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize own workload efficiently.
  2. Understanding of FM business or the willingness to learn.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.
