Department Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to join our team at Natures Way Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your section in the factory, ensuring that products are produced to the highest quality standards and on time.

• Champion the quality of our products through coaching and development of your team.
• Provide passionate leadership, motivating and engaging a diverse team to success.
• Work collaboratively to problem solve seasonal challenges, varying raw product quality and tight deadlines.
• Deliver to KPI's, GMP standards, food safety and health and safety standards.

• Proven experience of managing teams within a Food / Manufacturing / FMCG based factory environment.
• Promoting NWF Values, managing with passion, energy and authenticity.
• Solutions focussed, manages a complex and demanding workload.
• Clear, effective communicator whether verbal or written communication.
• Able to balance priorities and make effective decisions in a timely manner, ensuring customer needs are understood and met.
