Job Title: Lead Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architect to join our team at Talent. As a key member of our Digital, Data and Technology Department, you will be responsible for governing and maintaining the overall technical architecture solution for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical architecture team and ensure a consistent approach to adopting new technologies.
  • Act as the technical design authority for new technology solutions presented by the development or architecture sub-teams.
  • Drive innovative ideas across the team and encourage an atmosphere of creative thinking and data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor and manage service levels and performance standards for the team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned architect to take on a leadership role and shape the technical direction of our organization. You will have a strong focus on ICT technologies and operational service delivery, and will be responsible for ensuring that all work undertaken adheres to agreed standards, design principles and architecture methodology.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of designing and architecting technical solutions within a large complex multi-faceted organization.
  • Ability to think strategically and have a strong focus on ICT technologies and operational service delivery.
