Job Description

Greenwell Gleeson is exclusively recruiting for a Financial Controller of an International manufacturing business. Working as the number one person locally, you will be required to take responsibility for the smooth running of all aspects of the finance function, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to group and well as supporting local senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the finance function, ensuring seamless operations and timely reporting.
  • Partner with senior management, including plant directors, to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve efficiency and profitability margins.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to local senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior role in a manufacturing business, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Experience of partnering senior management and using SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
