Position Overview

  • Oversee technology risk management by evaluating, addressing, and executing comprehensive solutions.
  • Offer expert guidance to IT leadership and executive teams.
  • Plan and implement IT security initiatives and manage incident responses.
  • Create and disseminate information security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct assessments for data classification and perform security audits.
  • Work collaboratively with different departments to address security vulnerabilities.
  • Enhance user security awareness and keep abreast of emerging security challenges.
  • Engage in specialized groups focused on technology security risk.
  • Establish and uphold data loss prevention and business continuity strategies.
  • Execute network penetration tests, application vulnerability evaluations, and risk assessments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or Public Administration.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in computing and information security.
  • Expertise in developing security policies and conducting compliance assessments.
  • Familiarity with information security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
