Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team to provide exceptional care and support to residents, promoting their welfare and wellbeing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build a strong and inclusive community, where everyone feels valued and empowered to live life to the full.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services, meeting the needs of residents and exceeding their expectations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making improvements as necessary to maintain high standards.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure residents receive comprehensive support and care.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a team in a care or residential setting, with a strong track record of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people.
  • Hold a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of the community.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional care and support, with a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of older people.
