Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our clients, contributing to the effective management of their workforce, and supporting key HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, and performance management.
- Change Management: Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication to stakeholders and employees.
- HR Policy Development: Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
- Training and Development: Deliver training to stakeholders, managers, and employees on HR policies, ensuring understanding and compliance across the organization.
- Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale across all levels of the organization.
- HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative processes, including employee data management, documentation, and HRIS updates and improvements.
Candidate Specification:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (CIPD qualification desirable).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Senior HR Adviser, with a strong background in employee relations, change management, and HR policy development.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices, excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
