We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team at Gregory Martin International. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering operational analysis capability and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and run analysis models to drive business insights and inform senior-level decision making.
  • Agile Delivery: Use agile approaches to develop models and tools, including requirements capture, design, development, testing, and management.
  • Data Analysis: Collate, manage, structure, analyze, and visualize data to derive unique insights and inform business strategy.
  • Project Delivery: Take a leading role in the day-to-day delivery of projects, working closely with clients and our team of consultants and analysts.
  • Consultative Approach: Take a consultative approach to your work, understanding how your work contributes to delivering a great result for our clients.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with our team and clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • Software Development: Proficiency in software development using Python.
  • Operational Analysis: Experience with operational analysis approaches and techniques.
  • Requirements Gathering: Ability to gather and document requirements effectively.
  • Software Design: Strong software design skills, including UI/UX design.
  • Data Analysis: Advanced data analysis skills, including data science techniques and Excel.
  • Self-Starter: A self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, able to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, enabling you to work confidently with team members and clients.
Desirable Skills
  • UK MoD Experience: Experience working within the UK Ministry of Defence.
  • UI/UX Design: Experience with UI/UX design and development.
  • Discrete Event Simulation: Knowledge of discrete event simulation techniques.
  • Data Science: Experience with data science techniques and tools.
  • Microsoft365: Experience with designing and deploying Microsoft365 solutions.
