Job Title: Senior Operational Analyst/Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operational Analyst/Consultant to join our team at Gregory Martin International. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in delivering operational analysis capability and working closely with our clients to deliver high-impact services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and run analysis models using agile approaches.
  • Collate, manage, structure, analyse, and visualise data to derive unique insights.
  • Take a leading role in the day-to-day delivery of projects, working closely with clients and our team of consultants and analysts.
  • Develop strong relationships with the wider Company's team.
Requirements:
  • Software development using Python.
  • Operational Analysis (OA) approaches and techniques.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Requirements gathering.
  • Software design.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Highly numerate.
  • A self-starter and team player.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience working within UK MoD.
  • UI/UX design.
  • Discrete event simulation.
  • Data science techniques.
  • Advanced data analysis in Excel, including VBA.
