About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Live In Care Professional in Brighton and Hove.

As a Live In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide non-medical support to help them maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage clients to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Support clients with medication management and appointments

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of caring for older people, either personally or professionally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect for clients' autonomy
