Cygnet Health Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet St Augustine's, a 32-bed specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation service for men.

Service Overview

Cygnet St Augustine's provides a comprehensive treatment program for individuals with complex mental health needs, including occupational therapy, psychology, psychiatry, and vocational training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to service users, including assessment, goal setting, and intervention planning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy pathways and protocols.
  • Provide supervision and support to junior staff members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.

Requirements
