About the RoleThis part-time role involves working closely with a student with additional needs, providing individualized support to ensure their educational journey is as enriching as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized assistance to the assigned student
- Implement strategies to support the student's learning and development
- Collaborate with the class teacher to adapt and tailor lessons as needed
- Assist with the student's personal care and well-being
- Monitor and record progress, communicating effectively with parents and the school team
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for supporting the educational needs of individual students
- Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic school environment
- Competitive payment: £83 to £95 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
