This role is crucial within the organization, as it involves liaising with various departments to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and internal quality standards.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for an individual to become a subject matter expert, enhance product and organizational quality, and help establish a new division.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain and revise the Quality manual to align with ISO9001 standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections across all company sectors.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team during new product development to ensure quality is prioritized from the outset (APQP).
  • Create, maintain, and assess company Control Plans and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Investigate issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of tools, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Develop, modify, and uphold work instructions and standard operating procedures.

We are interested in speaking with experienced Quality Assurance Engineers who possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with automotive industry standards.
  • Certification as an auditor for ISO9001.
  • Strong understanding of problem-solving methodologies and lean practices.
