Job Summary

HSL Chairs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Manufacturing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production workflow for multiple products across several teams.
  • Manage performance of teams, conduct performance reviews, and prepare resulting documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Conduct individual reviews, address lateness and absence, and resolve issues when they arise.
  • Manage workflow to maximize production, ensure team members have necessary tools and PPE, and maintain compliance with company policy.
  • Manage risk by ensuring team members adhere to H&S rules regarding work areas and workstations.
  • Responsible for effective management and maintenance of raw materials/stock control.
  • Work closely with teams to develop and maintain quality processes.
  • Provide daily/weekly updates to the Production Planner and Head of Manufacturing on team activity.
