The Role

We're seeking an exceptional AI Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing strategies forward. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for elevating our brand presence, engaging with customers and partners, and helping us achieve our growth goals.

As AI Marketing Manager, you'll lead creative campaigns that communicate zeroG's unique value proposition to clients and partners, helping businesses make informed decisions and stay ahead of the curve. You'll collaborate across teams, leading a wide range of marketing initiatives, from events and webinars to online campaigns and targeting strategies.

A Little More on What You'll Be Doing:

  • Campaign Management: You'll own the full spectrum of marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, across various digital and traditional channels.
  • Brand Development: Shape and uphold zeroG's brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and design across all touch points.
  • Content Creation: Lead content strategy and production, including blogs, case studies, white papers, and newsletters, ensuring messaging is clear, human, and data-backed.
  • Manage Marketing Suppliers: Lead a network of partners who support zeroG's design, web, online marketing, merchandise, and events needs.
  • Analytics and Optimisation: Use data to measure the success of campaigns, optimise performance, and demonstrate the return on marketing investment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with leadership, product teams, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are innovative, aligned with business objectives, and reflective of zeroG's mission to revolutionize the aviation industry.

What You'll Bring to zeroG

  • Essential
  • Proven experience in marketing management, ideally within a tech or related industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics. Experience with content marketing, social media, SEO, and paid media. Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to optimise campaigns. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to create high-quality visuals. A doer mindset that drives you to maintain high levels of marketing activity and execution.
  • Preferable
  • Experience in B2B marketing, especially targeting clients in the aviation industry. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot). Knowledge of aviation industry trends and technologies. A passion for data-driven marketing and a genuine interest in making a difference in the world of aviation.
