The Role

We're seeking an exceptional AI Marketing Manager to drive our marketing strategies and elevate our brand presence in the aviation industry. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing creative campaigns that showcase our unique value proposition to airlines, aviation companies, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: You'll oversee the entire marketing campaign lifecycle, from concept to execution, across various digital and traditional channels.
  • Brand Development: You'll shape and uphold our brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and design across all touchpoints.
  • Content Creation: You'll lead content strategy and production, including blogs, case studies, white papers, and newsletters, ensuring messaging is clear, human, and data-backed.
  • Manage Marketing Suppliers: You'll lead a network of partners who support our design, web, online marketing, merchandise, and events needs.
  • Analytics and Optimisation: You'll use data to measure the success of campaigns, optimise performance, and demonstrate the return on marketing investment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You'll work closely with leadership, product teams, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are innovative, aligned with business objectives, and reflective of our mission to make the skies safer and more efficient.

Requirements

  • Essential
  • Proven experience in marketing management, ideally within the tech or aviation industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics. Experience with content marketing, social media, SEO, and paid media. Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to optimise campaigns. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to create high-quality visuals.
  • Preferable
  • Experience in B2B marketing, especially targeting airlines or aviation companies. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot). Knowledge of aviation industry trends and challenges. A passion for data-driven marketing and a genuine interest in making the aviation industry safer and more efficient.
