About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Manager to lead the successful day-to-day running of our pop-up shop in Bicester Village. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, tracking and reporting units and incoming, managing volunteers and merchandising, and ensuring a personalized customer experience with brand and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the shop floor, including opening and closing the store, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Track and report daily units and incoming, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate and manage volunteers and retail assistants, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Merchandise and maintain the shop floor, including bringing out fresh products and ensuring a visually appealing display.
  • Lead on achieving sales goals and targets, and collaborate with the team to ensure a successful pop-up shop.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, ensuring the floor is organized and running smoothly at all times.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in retail and merchandising, with a strong understanding of fashion, accessories, and lifestyle products.
  • Experience in using digital payment systems and managing cash handling.
  • Confident leadership skills, with the ability to coach and support individuals to thrive in their role.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a can-do attitude and a strong team player.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of customers.
