Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular inspections of properties.
- Identifying and addressing maintenance challenges and safety hazards.
- Mitigating risks and performing minor repairs when necessary.
- Creating detailed inventory reports.
- Facilitating a comprehensive move-in process for new residents.
- Executing thorough check-out inspections and generating reports.
- Acting as a vital link between tenants and the Service Centre.
