Job Title: College Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate College Support Worker to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a College Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism and additional learning needs.

About the Role:
  • Support students with autism and additional learning needs in a dynamic and inclusive environment
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting their independence and confidence
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
  • Participate in activities and outings, promoting social skills and community integration
Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with autism and additional learning needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Patience, empathy, and a calm demeanor
